Hello, my lovelies!

I was so happy when the weekend came, but it seems that it has passed way too fast… We spent the whole weekend going around that I only now have the time to actually write a blog post.

On Saturday, we decided to go to Barceloneta neighbourhood and enjoy the amazing weather at the beach. By the time we got ready and reached the beach, it was already lunch time, so we decided to first start with a restaurant stop.

I have read from some bloggers about this healthy place, called The Green Spot, so we decided to give it a try. It had such a cute clean design composed of wooden elements and cute flowers by the side.

As the menu was very interesting, it was so hard to actually choose what to eat. We ordered lettuce leafs wrap with rice noodles and and a sweet potato pasta. They were both very nice, but I personally loved the sweet potatoes.

After having a nice lunch, we decided to go to to the beach and walk past the ports. There was this very nice path right by the sea, where you could walk and at the same time explore all the yachts. I am not so much into boats, but the fact that you can actually walk by the sea under the sun in January is more than amazing.

We reached Port Barcelona and went to an information centre to understand more about cruises to the Spanish islands. The thought of turquois water, beaches and island life actually made us hesitate about our already discussed travel plans. Anyways, we continued our walk and when we realised that Parc de Montjuïc is quite near, we decided to actually go and visit it. When we reached the hill, there was this beautiful garden with beautiful pink flowers and very old trees.

These days I am so much into pinkish flowers, interior design and even clothes that I even recently bought a pink suit. I was so excited to wear it and I was waiting for the weather to become a bit warmer and today it was perfect.

However, the whole walk has made us pretty tired so we sat in a cafe there to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee, until we finally decided to actually start walking back home.
